UVJETI I USLOVI REZERVACIJE


1. Reservation confirmation

The reservation is considered complete only upon payment of the full amount according to the issued invoice.


2. Prices and included services

The accommodation price includes:

  • VAT
  • Tourist tax
  • Breakfast
  • Free Wi-Fi usage

Additional guest:

Each additional guest is charged 30 BAM per night, and the price includes:

  • Breakfast
  • Tourist tax
  • Room usage
  • VAT

3. Payment terms

  • Payment is made by bank transfer according to the issued pro forma invoice.
  • The guest is obliged to pay the entire amount no later than 15 days before arriving at the hotel
  • In case the payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation is considered invalid and automatically canceled without further notice.

4. Cancellation policy

  • Free cancellation of reservation up to 15 days before arrival
  • Cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival is non-refundable
  • No-show: charge 100% of the total amount
  • Early departure: non-refundable

5. Reservation changes

  • Changes to the dates of stay are possible only in accordance with the availability of accommodation facilities.
  • All changes are subject to the valid price list for the period to which the guest wishes to move the reservation
  • Rescheduling a reservation is not possible within 7 days of the guest’s planned arrival.

6. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: until 11:00

Additional charges:

  • Early check-in: 40 BAM
  • Check-out policy violation: 50 BAM

7. Residence rules

  • Maximum number of people in the room: 2 people
  • Children up to the age of 6 stay for free on the existing bed with their parents
  • Pets: not allowed
  • Smoking: strictly prohibited

8. Liability and damage

  • The guest is obliged to act responsibly towards the hotel property
  • Any damage incurred must be reported and will be charged.
  • Violation of the smoking ban is subject to a charge of 200 BAM
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings of guests.

9. Force Majeure

Force majeure is considered to be:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics (including COVID-19)
  • Global travel bans

In these situations, the hotel will provide:

  • Change of stay dates or
  • Refund, subject to circumstances

10. Privacy and data protection

Guests’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and is used solely for the purpose of making the reservation.


11. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By completing the reservation, the guest confirms that he has read, understood and accepted all the above conditions.
